CatalystHub respects your privacy and handles personal information responsibly, in line with the data-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

This policy explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to access or remove it. It applies to thecatalysthub.co and any subdomains we operate.

What we collect

When you submit the intake form or contact us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, business name, and free-text answers about your project.
  • Stored in our self-hosted Formbricks instance and routed to our inbox.

When you visit the site:

  • We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics 4 (page analytics), Microsoft Clarity (aggregated session and heatmap analytics), and advertising pixels from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • These tools set cookies and similar identifiers and may share usage data — such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, and device, browser, and IP information — with those providers to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on their platforms (remarketing). For our own Meta advertising we also send conversion events server-side via Meta’s Conversions API.
  • Cloudflare edge logs (IP address, user agent, request path) retained for security and analytics for up to 30 days.

When you pay an invoice:

  • Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number; we only see invoice status (paid, refunded, failed). See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Who processes your data

  • Formbricks — self-hosted intake form. Stored on Cloudflare or our own server.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting and edge security. See Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Google Ads) — tag management, page analytics, and advertising/remarketing.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregated session and heatmap analytics.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement and remarketing.
  • TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) — advertising pixels for ad measurement and remarketing.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google Workspace / Calendar — appointment scheduling.

We don’t sell your personal information. We do share limited usage data with the analytics and advertising providers above so we can measure our marketing and show relevant ads. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings and tracking protection, or through each platform’s ad-personalisation controls — for example Google Ads Settings, and the ad-preference pages on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

How long we keep it

  • Intake form submissions: kept for 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
  • Email correspondence: kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it.
  • Analytics: 14 months in GA4, then auto-deleted.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete everything. Email vish@thecatalysthub.co with the subject Privacy request and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection or privacy authority.

Updates

We may update this policy occasionally. The current version is dated at the bottom of the page. Material changes will be summarised on the home page.
